My friend Alex and I have recently purchased this huge house in Goodmayes, East London, and we’re looking for a great housemate to join us. This room is for one person (not for a couple or sharing).

About the Room:
The room is newly refurbished with wooden floors and a double bed. It is fully furnished, including a chest of drawers, under-bed storage and wardrobe

About the House:
Our home features a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. Outside, we have a garden and patio area, plus a shed at the rear of the property. A loft conversion provides additional storage space. Parking is available at the front of the house.

Location:
The location offers easy access to central London via the Elizabeth Line. We are just seven minutes from the nearest station (Goodmayes), and you can reach Tottenham Court Road in 30 minutes. A Tesco Extra and Aldi are a ten to fifteen minute walk away

About You:
We’re seeking a reliable and considerate housemate. We’re looking for someone who keeps their space clean, gets along well with others, respects house rules and the property, communicates well.

About Us:
Alex is a 37-year-old English professional working in financial regulation. He enjoys board games, walking, relaxing, and writing, and loves spending time with his two cats. Ed is a 40-year-old Irish intensive care nurse who enjoys gaming, reading, going to the gym, and sci-fi.
Ben is our current lodger who is a biochemical engineer. He enjoys sci fi and gaming.

Household Vibe:
We’re both pretty relaxed and hope to find a new housemate with a similar mindset and that is generally quiet. This isn’t a party house, and we prefer no drugs in the home.
