large double bedroom available for rent in shared maisonette flat situated on first floor. Room has large storage space (2 large wardrobes) and is also has its own small fridge for your convenience, bed and brand new mattress will be supplied also. Kitchen is just in stage of being redecorated with brand new: microwave, hoover, iron, kettle, toaster and there is also (not new :) ) air fryer, gas/ induction cooker with oven, washing machine.
You would share bathroom just with one person as we have our own bathroom upstairs.

There is 3 rooms in total with 3 people at the house at moment (1 couple and 1 gentleman).
We all having busy lives and are usually whole days away. I may understand that a couple and 1 person can seem as a lot but due to split level of property and lifestyles we have it never feels crowded in house. We all like to have a good chat from time to time but usually give each other a space we all need after busy day at work and also on weekend,

I am looking for friendly, tidy person, who does respect others and the property.

Room is available to move in in next few days however i am open to viewings at any day.

Unfortunately property is not suitable for couples, so only single occupants.
