We have a cosy, single room to rent from 1st of july in a friendly, easy going, 4 bedroom house, with a sizable garden, newly refurbished kitchen & toilet and a nice cosy living room.

The room has plenty of storage, garden facing window, and is fully furnished.

We are 3 female professionals (Italian, Irish and portuguese) looking for a housemate to share the property .We are very tidy and respect each others space as well as share a laugh and an occasional glass of wine together.

The property is conveniently situated close to a number of transport links. It is a 2 min walk from Greenford station (Central line & a GWR national rail service to Ealing Broadway & Paddington) and a short walk (2-5 minutes depending on the stop) for the E6, 92, 105, 395 buses. The 95 bus stop is a 10minute walk while the Piccadilly line is a 25-30 minute walk or 7-10 minute bus ride on the 92 (7 stops). The house is located in a safe area on a cul de sac, close to shops including a tesco metro. Heathrow is 20 minute taxi ride. Notting Hill only 16 minutes by central line.
