Hampton Hill Double - Females preferred please

Thanks for checking out my room advert.

I have a double room available now, either for a Mon - Fri let (£650 pcm) or a full time let for someone who works a different shift pattern to me. (£750 pcm) - From experience this tends to work best for the dynamics in the house, where each person enjoys their own space from time to time. Sorry gents, but I'm preferring females to share with at this stage.

The room is available from the end of September, however I am prepared to wait for the right person, as home environment is so important. I am looking for someone who is easy to get along with, friendly & sociable but also sensible, respectful of the house and each others space. I have a friendly girl cat who is very sweet, she spends most of her time asleep or acting cute for treats.

The room on offer is a double bedroom, recently decorated, in a clean & airy house. (Decor and bedding is the previous tenant, the room is now empty, there will be a bed and chest of drawers, and the built in wardrobes)

Decent sized sunny garden with comfortable seating.

2x bathrooms, (Walk in shower upstairs and bath downstairs) utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer 2x fridge freezers.

Situated in a nice, safe & well-kept area. Bushy Park is a few minutes walk, Hampton open-air heated pool is also nearby.

- Buses to Heathrow/ Kingston (285 bus stop less than minute walk)
- Buses to Twickenham/ Richmond (R70 bus stop 5 mins walk)
- Direct trains to Clapham/ Waterloo/ Shepperton/ Wimbledon (via Fulwell or Hampton station c.15 min walk)
