Double Room

This is a double room on the ground floor and has french doors opening into the garden. The room itself is very airy and bright. The house is semi detached and is situated in a quiet end of the street. I live in the other half of the semi so its very safe as I am always on hand to assist with any needs that may arise. The house consists of 2 toilets and showers and has a shared kitchen and large back garden. There is ample off-street parking in the driveway which is very secure as there is a 6 foot wall around the garden. The 3 other housemates are professional, friendly people as they were very carefully selected when the rooms were let out to them.

I am looking for a friendly professional trouble free individual. Must have a good professional job with good references.

This room will suit single girls as this is a very safe environment.
