All tenants are professional - very friendly and respect individual privacy.

The house has granite kitchen work surfaces and porcelain tiles.

Property is cleaned weekly. The cleaner will clean all communal areas including the kitchen.

There is use of separate dining / lounge area.
Kitchen & diner ( 30'x18').

Large maintained garden / patio area with garden furniture.

Allocated kitchen cupboards for your use, landlord providing you with your own personal fridge in the kitchen.

There are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, dish washer, FIBRE OPTIC WiFi, SKY box Premium Package in the bedroom & ample parking on street.

1st Room :
RENT ALL INCLUSIVE £665 for the double furnished bedroom. Bathroom shared with one other tenant.

2nd Room:
RENT ALL INCLUSIVE £685 for the furnished double bedroom with ensuite.
