I am looking for post graduate students studying, preferably, at Brunel University in Uxbridge. My present student having completed their studies will be leaving soon. . The room will therefore be available from mid March 2025.
I am a professional living in a 3 bedroom house and am looking to let out the spare bedrooms.
The house is well furnished with all standard amenities including washing machine, dryer, microwave, an expresso machine and fast internet.
The rooms are large double bedrooms and are very comfortable. There is a large garden as well with a shed for bikes.
The nearest tube is about 8 minutes walk and the bus stop is only a few yards from the front door. The University is about 15 mins by bus and around 25mins by bicycle. The tube is one stop to Uxbridge and then a short ride on the bus to Brunel.
As I will be a live in landlord I find that post graduates are more focused and determined with their studies which is why they make letting out rooms far easier, for me atleast.
I am a non smoker and would not want anyone that smokes, especially if they smoke regularly. I usually rent the rooms out for an academic year and so short lets do not appeal to me. If you have any queries then feel free to to contact me.
