We have a single room to let in tw4 in a family house.

At the moment family of 4 living there (2 adults and 2 kids - 1 school age, one pre-school).

Its 3 bed house, end of terrace, in very quiet crescent. Large garden, patio, conservatory, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room. 2 washing machines, tumble drier, fridge/freezer etc. Off street parking. 2 min to bus stop, from there – 10 min to tube/train, local shops within walking distance, tesco/asda/sainsbury’s nearby.

Price £100 per week (or £420 per month) - if room required for long term - we can negotiate. For Mon-Fri £70 per week. Please contact for price for a couple. Deposit 2 weeks. All bills included. References, proof of id and (optional) proof of employment required. Viewing available any time.

We have a cat but most of the day he is outside.

House usually clean and tidy and we have cleaner coming once a week. I am smoking but i NEVER smoke inside hence non-smoking room.

We don't mind who will be living here as long as we can get on x
