A modern room which is garden facing and you will be amazed at the space. Excellent value and well below market rates! The house is a period property with 16m2 rooms.

House has two floors and loft with each floor having their own kitchen and two bathroom/toilets so sharing is limited to 3-4 persons only and don’t expect any queues 😊😊

It’s a shared house and all are hard working professionals with stable careers.

The room (#4) is located on ground floor with Shared facilities . There are two bathroom / toilet rooms with access to dryer room. No ensuite.

Room has good quality furniture, an orthopedic bed, fridge and ample power points.

GF has 3 other rooms with 4 residents sharing 2 bathrooms- 3 females and 1 male.

Kitchen is truly massive with a lot of space and very modern. It’s a great place to chill and socialise with a break fast bar. Access to gardens with furniture and maintained lawns.

Location is everything and the residence is moments from Hounslow British Rail- commute links to Victoria/Waterloo in 45 mins.

Bus stops nearby and 15 minutes walk to Hounslow Central Piccadilly tube. Great connections with a central location !

Town centre is 5 mins away which is great for gyms and restaurants. A new Cineplex and leisure facilities are nearby.

Richmond , Kew and Chiswick are a few stops away on the nearby rail station.

Location is St Stephen’s district which is a nice residential area , very upmarket with a quaint historic church, leafy residence and very low crime statistics. It’s a very safe suburb and suits our female residents.

House has solar panels, CCTV and ground floor has toughened glass and fire doors.

All doors are fire rated and a fire safe smoke detection system is installed.

I have unlike others residents a Professional Cleaner who comes every week for a deep clean and a house keeper inspects 3 times per week and all issues resolved in 24 hours.

Residents have a rota as well as all appreciate the benefits of a clean 🧼 🏡.

I have a loft room/lounge for shared use with power, lights and skylights windows. It’s a great place to chill out and maybe store items.

Finally it’s a licensed HMO; HMOs have rules and residents must keep house clean and tidy and avoid anti social behaviour.
