Housemates are expected to be tidy and help with the cleaning of the house. Tasha who is 23 and myself are friendly and sociable but also respect each others privacy and would expect our new housemate to be the same. The house is 5-10 mins walk from both Gants Hill and Redbridge Central line stations and approximately 25 mins to Liverpool Street and 33 mins to Oxford Circus Station and very close to all the local amenities, Valentines park, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. Would suit a non smoking professional.
