We proudly offer stunning bedrooms in a lovely flat near Norbiton Station.

The communal area is clean and tidy, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all necessary kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

Couples: £270 per week.

A £200 holding fee is required to secure the room, which will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

No additional utility payment will be required if you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months.

We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge they’re on us, so they’re not part of the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!
