My home is a maisonette on the first floor in a block of 12.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, large double bed, bedside table.
There are all mod cons in kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine.
The living room is to share. It has a small table and 2 chairs, 2 sofas, and a 42" flatscreen TV.
There is one bathroom which has toilet, sink and a shower over the bath.
Parking is available at small charge paid to council
I have 2 cats who are 13 and are a bit like my children!! They are no hassle at all.
There is no garden however literally 5 minutes walk away is Richmond Park. It is a royal park and is a stunning place to be. You can see more on the royal parks website.
10 minutes away is a large supermarket and the town centre. This is where the train station is too. Transport is very good e. g. Kingston-Wimbledon 15 mins; Kingston-Waterloo 30mins.

I'm a qualified accountant, love watching sports and am a big Newcastle United fan. I like to socialise but also getting some peace and quiet is important to me. I smoke but only outside.
