Clean, Quiet and Friendly Houseshare

Hello !

My name is Vince. I work in the film and television industry and we're looking for one good tenant for our Kingston houseshare.

We have one nice, large, comfortable double room.
For £480 per month, including bills !

The room has a double bed, central heating with a newly fitted superfast broadband connection.

It is a five bedroom, semi detached house in a quiet area with nice neighbours.
It's just a normal, considerate, clean and peaceful houseshare with nice, friendly tenants, aged between 35 to 50.

Even though there are five rooms it doesn't seem like it. Not a busy house. Tenants go out a lot. Usually only 2 or 3 people here most of the time.

The room for £480 is available now !

We are very close to Norbiton train station.
There are plenty of shops and bus stops very close to the house.
The 131 bus is nearest and it's about a five minute journey to the town centre.

We have a very good landlord who looks after us.
