Conveniently located in a quiet area within walking distance to local amenities (2 mins from Asda, just 7-8 min to either Norbiton or Kingston station and 15 min to Richmond Park, Bushy Park and the river).

Bright and airy double room (approx 11m sq). It has a lovely double bed, a large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a workstation/desk making it ideal for WFH.

BILLS INCLUDED
Gas, water, electricity, heating, WI-FI, and the usual Netflix & Prime are included (based on sensible use). A parking space is available as is secure bike storage.

I’m self-employed and working in the events industry. which usually involves lots of great travel around the UK and Europe. I'm a trained freedive instructor, photographer & event organiser, I enjoy fitness and travel. Open-minded, LGBTQ-friendly.

I’ve had lodgers for years and enjoy getting to know new people. I'm very respectful of your space, like to keep the place looking nice and I’m sociable but easy-going.

TERMS & VIEWINGS
Rental would be fixed for 6 months at the cost shown above. After which adjustments may be required depending on the ongoing situation with gas and electric prices.
Viewings can be arranged most days or evenings with notice.
