Spacious single room for professional female

We are two professional girls looking for a third person aged 24-28 to share our 3 bedroom flat. Our flat is located about 8 minutes’ walk from both Kingston and Norbiton train stations and 2 minutes from a supermarket. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hall. The room is single but spacious and includes basic furniture such as a bed etc. The bills are around £100 a month including council tax, internet etc.

There is no living room in the house but we tend to hang out in our kitchen and each other’s bedrooms. We enjoy spending quality time together cooking or just chatting, throwing dinner parties and enjoying Kingston’s and London’s social life. We are looking for someone that is clean outgoing and friendly to live with us. We wouldn't like to live with a straight man but we are happy to hear from women or gay man.

Please, we are not interested in hearing from straight man students or people that look for a short term contract. Also work and previous landlord references will be required.
