Double room available in quiet family home

Hi!
We have a double room available (but single bed in the room) from early September in a family home. The household consists of my teenage son and I, and we are both pretty quiet.
We also have three cats so its important you are ok with this!

The room has sky lights and vinyl flooring, and the bathroom is right outside of your room.

Spacious kitchen, with oven, microwave , fridge & freezer, and we do also have quite a large garden (however right now its more of a jungle) should you wish to use it for the occasional sun we get in England!

Fast broadband, free parking available :)

Unfortunately the desk chair in the picture is no more- however we do have a chair we can replace it with :)

As a household we are quite laid back, quiet and introverted, we are looking for someone who is similar, so loud party people probably wont mix very well with us. Female lodger, preferably, (sorry all the respectable men out there)

The house is located roughly middle of four different train stations-by bus it will be around 5 mins but if you walk- New Malden (20 mins walk), Worcester Park (20 mins walk), Malden Manor (15 mins walk) and Motspur park (15 mins walk). Bus stop is less than 5 mins away from our house :)

All bills are included :)
