Hi, I am a 30 year old female, I do smoke cigarettes and also other natural things and so if this offends then I do apologise. The room is ready to rent ASAP. It has great transport facilities, the buses which are close are 213, 131, 265, k1, 152. New Malden station is less than 10 minutes walk with regular trains to waterloo.

The room can be furnished or not as you prefer.
You would be renting a flat not a room, I would love you to have your friends over and use the space as your home.

I am a very relaxed person who loves watching tv more dramas than reality shows though.

A Deposit of £500 is required as well as a months rent in advance.

I am an easy going person, I work in London and would like a professional to join me. I do have friends over at the weekend but also like to go out and would love someone to join us or feel free to do the same with their friends.

I have a southern facing garden and with the summer coming up I do spend time in the garden BBQing with friends and sunbathing.

I can do visits in the evening after 7 or the weekend.

I have a big range cooker, washer dryer and a dishwasher.

I have virgin Media TV and 30mg Wifi, which is included in the cost.
