Large double for female lodger in beautiful home

Looking for one female lodger who is positive and considerate to share my home with me and one other lodger (both females).

Large, sunny, bright, garden-facing double room available with super king bed in a large sunny scandi styled home. Bathroom shared with just me. The room has been recently decorated and fully furnished. The room has a desk so is also suitable for working from home.

I’m a 41 yo female professional who has a friendly and playful 2.5 year old Golden Retriever who lives on the ground floor (so being a dog lover is essential) :)

There is a home security system and each bedroom has its own lock.

The house has a shared lounge and a large garden with lots of seating. Washing and drying facilities are also available.

There is also a large driveway for off street parking which has a security camera.

The house is a 12 minute walk to Orpington train station with fast trains into London (15 minutes to London Bridge). There are also many bus stops close by and the high street is a 10 minute walk away. Countryside walks and High Elms Country Park are also nearby.

Students and short lets considered.

No children, pets, parties or overnight guests (unless agreed) allowed.
