January Double!

Small double with double bed, chest of draws and small TV. There is a second room for storage, which also includes a six foot clothes rail.

Just off the high street, with plenty of shops and restaurants, there is a beautiful park at the end of the road and just a 15 minute walk to the train station, which has fast, regular trains to Victoria and London Bridge.

Sharing in a large house, there is a garden, large front room and large kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, upstairs toilet, central heating and broadband.

Sharing with one other at the moment, which is me, I'm a live in landlord, although sociable (I enjoy the odd glass of vino and a good chat) I also enjoy my quiet time and I respect the need for space and peoples privacy.

It is a non smoking household and there is also a house cat.

Would ideally suit a professional, who is clean and tidy, knows how to wash up after themselves and also enjoys their down time!

Bills all included for £500 per month, plus deposit of £300
