House has two bathrooms One with bath/wc, and other with shower/wc.. You will also have shared use of large lounge, kitchen, conservatory, nice garden, and gym. Off street parking is also available, as is superfast Wifi, and all bills are included.
I am 48, professional, and only stay in house two or three evenings each week while working in town.
Other housemate is also male and working locally.
New housemate must be a professional person, clean & tidy, and respectful of others.
