Small double room in lovely Richmond flat share

Double room in a homely flatshare, just a 15 minute walk to Richmond park.

You’d be sharing with myself (34) and Charlotte (32) in this 3 bed flat which we call home. We are two friends so we are looking for a third like minded person to maintain the harmony in our home.
We take pride in the house, keeping it clean so expect the same from the new person and we both are foodies and love to cook.
We are both hybrid workers, working Mon-Fri.

It’s located in a Lovely quiet gated community with bus stop located right outside. Richmond station is a short 15 minute walk away aswell as North Sheen station (which is close to a big Sainsbury’s) just a ten minute walk.

The bedroom will be unfurnished apart from the warbdrobe, however our old flatmate is willing to sell furniture. (The bed/ mattress will need replacing)

Monthly bills including Sky, Disney, Netflix: Around £130-£150 p/m
