Hey everyone! Francesca and I are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our cosy three-bedroom flat in Richmond.
The flat is located on a quiet street in central Richmond. It’s a beautiful street with lots of character (friends have described it as being straight out of a rom com!)
It’s just 5 minutes from Richmond Station which is served by the District Line, Mildmay Line and South Western Rail (15 minutes to Waterloo!), with the 65 bus stop (serving Kingston and Ealing) right at the end of our road.
You will be a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Richmond with all its amenities and the lovely Richmond riverside. We are also lucky to be 10 minutes from Kew Gardens Lion Gate entrance which we love taking advantage of. We have small shops 2 mins away and big supermarkets 15 minutes away (Sainsburys, Waitrose, Lidl).
The flat has a large living/dining room with a nice big window. There is pretty parquet flooring throughout the majority of the flat. We have a separate kitchen which we love to cook or bake in, as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Your room will be a large-sized double bedroom with dual aspect windows. It gets nice afternoon light and you can see the sunset from one of your windows. It is unfurnished so you can make it your own, but the wardrobe can stay if you wish.
Rent is currently £892 a month (subject to rent increase) and bills are around £150 a month (+ you’d need to pay a deposit). The room is available immediately on confirmation of references, but we are willing to be flexible with the move-in date for the right person.

About us:
Francesca is 25 and a biomedicine graduate. She now works as a primary school teacher. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading and painting.
Petra is 27 and studied English Literature and French. She works as an English Language Assessor in higher education (WFH with the occasional day in office). In her spare time, she likes reading, going to exhibitions and ice skating.
Together we like going to the theatre or cinema, and at home we enjoy a craft evening. While we like hanging out and catching up, we also value our down time and socialise outside of the flat with our respective friends. We are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and clean to fit into our flat dynamic. If this sounds like you, drop us a line telling us a bit about yourself and how you like to live.
