Two weeks Deposit required with one week in advance.
Notice of two weeks is required against the Deposit when leaving.
Use of items in the Kitchen is available but NOT the Washing Machine.
There is off street space outside the front of the House for Parking but for only ONE Vehicle used by the lodger.
Each room has a TV while the large bedroom has a microwave, and fridge.
Broasband negotiable.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE AND NO ELECTRIC HEATERS!
A refundable deposit of £15 for the house keys which will be refunded when the Lodger leaves on return..
