Please Note, the rent is more than a £1 but is negotiable depending on the room's use - single or couple - and Garage, Phone, Pet Care etc. The Length of stay is negotiable. Mid or part week is also welcomed.

Family home with early retired and part retired couple. 5 grown up children so we are used to sharing! Last one married a year ago so we have 2-3 spare bedrooms. Post Grad/professional, non smokers and with a cat!

The house is in a cul-de-sac. in Collier Row and on a Bus Route to Romford Station; the stop 100 metres away. We can be in Liverpool Street in 35 to 45mins - 15 mins to Romford station and then fast train twice an hour.

We have off-street parking a Garage and a secure area for motor cycle/cycle

All local amenities within walking distance including supermarket, banks etc..

We are 4 minuites from A12 and the Essex border. and 10 mins to M25. This would suite a mid week rent for businessman/woman - B&B evening meal a posibility.

The Room is part of a ground floor extension and is separated by the kitchen from main part of the house. It has its own entrance by the side of the house and with access to garage/parking.

The “en suite” is our utility room next to the bedroom. It is complete with Electric Shower, loo, and rescued Victorian Butler sink with Hot and Cold. The washing machine and dryer are also in that room with plenty of storage - so everything necessesary is on hand a next to the bedroom - but it is not 'en suite' to the room!

The Room opens directly onto kitchen-dining area and its use early morning or late evening will not disturb the rest of the house.

Wireless BroadBand, Freeview TV, all inclusive - except the phone - our three daughters cost us thousands over the years!
