We have a single room available in our 4 bedroom house in the Collier Row area of Romford.
The house has a modern Bathroom/shower, separate second toilet and a large kitchen.
It has a back garden and patio.
The house is serviced by the 365 bus route which runs day and night to Romford station and Queens Hospital. Collier Row facilities include a local Tesco, Aldi, Costa Coffee, banks and takeaways/restaurants.
We are looking for a student or professional person.
We are a friendly family, but would respect your privacy at all times.
The room is available from 1st May.
The rent is £380 per calendar month including all bills and internet.
