This is a beautiful well located house, close to, Romford Station. I am renting out a siingle room (£450month), bills included, The room will be available from 1September 2021. This spacious house has wifi, carpeted throughout, lovely large garden with flowers, shed, two patios, space front for motorcycle, parking around the corner, all amenities (dishwasher, large freezer, washing machine, dryeer). The house is close to buses, the train to central London and the Newbury Park tube station, and shops in central Romford. Door to doot to Liverpool station betwen 35 and 45 minutes.
