We have an immaculate double loft room to rent fully furnished. It has it's own luxury ensuite with power shower.

Furniture includes double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 wardrobes with plenty of storage & chest of drawers. Brand new carpets were fitted last year. There is a TV in the room, Technics Hi-fi as well as high-speed Virgin broadband. Use of the driveway is available if you have a car.

We are looking for a clean, tidy single person in full-time work. Indian preferred.

We are a semi-retired couple and our home has been renovated top to bottom including newly fitted kitchen/diner. Please note we are a vegetarian household. Cooked indian dinner and morning indian tea/toast is provided for an extra £100 pcm.

It is a 5 min walk to Seven Kings Station with easy connections to Stratford and the city. Our previous tenants have stayed for 1-4 years and we have treated each other like family.
