I’m looking for someone who isn’t working from home full time. If you only want it Mon to Fri or part-time it'd be £550.

The room is fully furnished with a large TV, desk and shelves. Towels and bedlinen can be provided.
At the moment there is a single bed, with another one underneath which can make up to a large double.

Share with one vegetarian female, and one guy.

There is plenty of storage space in the room, kitchen and bathroom (and some space in the loft) Safe bike storage too.

There are 2 bathrooms and there is loads of space to hang washing both inside and out!

2 Patios- one by the river.
On-street permit parking available, £55 p. a.
Weekly cleaner and bills included.

RENT INCLUDES:

Shared use of large kitchen/dining room. Bathroom

5-10 minute walk to mainline train to Waterloo with trains every 15 minutes from St Margarets.
15 mins walk across the Thames to Richmond town centre and station.
