Beautiful 2 bed Edwardian conversion flat in Surbi

female creative professional aged 29 looking for a like minded individual to come and share my flat with myself and my gorgeous long hair indoor cat, who thinks she's human!
Ive been living in the flat for just over a year now and its lovely.

All bills inc internet and tv will be divded equally and added to the rent each month.

The rooms a fair size Double with double bed, bed side table and draws and chestadraws (maybe able to negotiate if you have some furniture) there is no wardrobe but room for one and there is a built in cupboard in the hall way with could be used as a wardrobe.
The Kitchens small but has all mod coms including washer/dryer, Living room is a nice fair size with balcony and gets the daytime sun.
Bathrooms got bath and shower with good water pressure.
Central heating so never a problem with hot water etc.
There is street parking available but you would need a permit, they are about £60 a year or some of the neighboring streets are free to park on.

Ideally Im looking for some one who's clean and tidy, happy to share the general house chores and understands that someone else shares the space. Would be nice to have someone that's sociable and also understand privacy when needed, great to enjoy dinner together sometimes and a bottle of wine with a chat and a movie.
