Room available from start of June in Surbiton/Tolworth area. Unfortunately I will have to move out from this lovely place due to getting an internship and is looking for someone who can take over my contract that will end on the 19th September but if you would like you are very welcome to renew the contract after it ends. There are 4 girls living here at the moment. Two of them are Kingston university students and are all very friendly and lovely to live with! The rent is 325. 55 including bills and you will need to pay a deposit of 500 pounds. The room is unfurnished but I will be leaving my wardrobe behind.
Its 10minutes by bus to Surbiton Station and it takes 15minute by bus to Kingston University. There is a supermarket just around the corner and would be an ideal place for a Kingston student.
