Room to rent in comfortable, relaxed flat in Surbiton.

I've got a single room to rent in my flat. I'm a 27yr old professional seeking a relaxed and friendly male flat mate. I'm pretty easy going and open, flat is well furnished with wooden floors throughout, shared living room, kitchen, bathroom etc... I'm a smoker but have no problems smoking outside. Ideal flat for a lad who doesn't mind the odd game of FIFA and a beer or two. My girlfriend stays over occasionally, but its more likely that I'd be staying with her. Rent incl. bills is £500 + half share of Internet bill.

The room has some furnishings, single bed , chest of drawers etc... But feel free to bring whatever you'd like. It's not the biggest room in the world but there's space for a double bed if you wanted.
