Space for a friendly, happy female flatmate!

Hi!
Looking for a lovely, easy-going female lodger (who is at work or Uni most weekdays,) to join me, my 23 year old son and our darling miniature dachshund in our home - a characterful, art deco apartment in Teddington, SW London.

It’s a fab ground floor apartment with a lovely kitchen, modern bathroom and a sweet little garden area, There’s currently no Living Room but this may change. All bills included except Gas/Electric which is around £60 per month.

Please note that it is a single, small room with a desk & folding chair, chest of drawers, one wardrobe and storage space under the bed and on top of the wardrobe. My last lodger also had her own bookcase and hanging storage for the back of the door. This is sadly not a room for someone who has a large amount of belongings.

The apartment is an 8 minute walk to Hampton Wick train station, where there are trains to Waterloo every 15 mins with a journey time of 25 minutes. We're in walking distance to Kingston town centre, the River Thames and the beautiful Bushy Park with its lakes and wild deer.

I'm an actress, writer, artist and general all-round creative, and ideally I'd love to share with a fellow creative, but its not a necessity. I do love a good chat and a giggle, but equally, I enjoy my alone time too and need someone who respects that I'll often be in my room a lot learning scripts/writing etc.
