Two minutes from beautiful Bushy Park, this spare room is offered in a neat 2 bed semi-detached house in a private cul-de-sac, in this peaceful, safe Greater London neighbourhood bordering with Kingston, and Surrey.

Ideal lodger for this friendly female owner/occupier would be content with a quiet lifestyle whilst home from home, someone who values a clean living space, and is considerate & tidy. Options are either:

A) a working professional who arrives Monday evening and stays through to Thursday evening/leaves Friday. Ok to leave a few basics (£600), OR

B) full-time occupancy - though storage is limited, rate includes free reserved parking (£750)

WHAT'S ON OFFER ... available to anyone in regular employment, privacy and personal time will be respected though as a friendly person, it's nice to chat! Bushy Park is great for running or just relaxing 😊 .

Medium-sized room has comfy double bed (with bedding & towels provided), drawers & tall cupboard with hanging rail (just enough storage space for the basics), own Sky Q for catchup TV / box set viewing.

Sole use of adjoining bathroom/shower. Shared fully equipped kitchen with food storage & dining space. Rent payable every 4 weeks includes free reserved parking and all utility bills.

Easy access to motorways M3/M25/M4, and train stations Teddington & Hampton Wick (house sits adjacent to railway) at (tube access via Richmond & District Line) - Waterloo in 35 minutes.

SORRY ... no smokers, couples, pets, or anyone who needs to consider this place as their primary workspace. Please note this lodging address cannot be used as yours (to retain my single person's council tax reduction).

It's a lovely place to stay, for which an advance (non-refundable) deposit of 4 weeks will secure room before and during occupancy. References/ legal documents required for security e. g. photo I. D., proof of address, passport, to be emailed before any viewing please. One month's notice required before leaving.
