Tenant replace. short student accommodation London

I am looking for a replacement tenant in private student accommodation in London - Pavillion Court Wembley. It is about a take-over contract for the last two months of my student accommodation en-suite room, available from 1 June 2023 to 23 July 2023 (for approx. 2 months). My flat it's shared by 3 more other students (only shared Kitchen). For the remaining weeks of my contract, the price will be 190 per week. All bills are included, security and reception 24/7, gym, cinema, and other social areas to enjoy. The en-suite room has a very nice bathroom and a big window facing the street, located on the 3rd floor. The new private campus site - Pavilion Court Wembley is just a 5 min walk from the tube station (Wembley Park) with Metropolitan and Jubilee lines which give quick transport to Central London in Approx. 15 min.
