The house has recently been refurbished and everything is new including kitchen and bathroom.
There is off road parking in front of the house for free.
Easy access to central London via West Drayton station to London Paddington.
Great if you work at Heathrow, Uxbridge, Yiewsley, Brunel University, Stockley Park or Slough.
Bills included in the rent are electricity, gas, water, council tax, t. v license and wireless internet.
There is also a huge garden, which is nice in the summer.
There are 2 other rooms in the house with professional females in. The landlord does not live in the property. We are a very tidy household and get along well.
