I have a lovely large bedroom to rent in my house to a professional who is a non smoker. which is newly painted white. It is £600 which includes bills eg , water rates, tv licence, Council Tax, Broad band, gas and electric.

There is a lovely cream metal double bed, cream crystal droplet chandelier, Ikea chest of drawers, a double wardrobe set into the wall, a table/desk and chair and a small black two seater sofa.

The bus stop is a 2 minute walk for buses to Bromley approx 7 mins and Hayes 5 mins. Bromley South to Victoria is 16 mins. Hayes Station goes to London Bridge, Canon St, Waterloo East, Charing Cross, Lewisham, and Newcross as does West Wickham which is approximately a 10 min walk.

My house is opposite a lovely park and close to lots of amenities for shopping etc and a short bus journey to Croydon and is in a very lovely area between Hayes and West West Wickham
