Small to medium double room with adjoining bathroom shared with one other lodger. The bathroom is effectively exclusive for that floor with shared lounge, kitchen-diner and rear garden downstairs.

Although there is a front drive there is no dropped kerb so cannot be used but free parking on the street. Public transport: 15 minute walk to Whitton station which is on the Reading-Waterloo line of SWR and 5 minute walk to buses for surrounding areas (Hounslow, Isleworth, Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston etc). Heathfield Park is next door and school playing fields behind the house so quiet environment.

Current lodger emigrating so room now vacant. Other 2 rooms occupied by young working females who are clean and tidy. Ideally another woman preferred but not exclusively. Room probably not big enough for a couple.

Recently upgraded to high speed fibre optic broadband throughout.
