Double loft room with en suite in family home

A good sized double loft room on its own floor with a private shower en-suite in a big family home in a lovely quiet area.

There is also a smaller room available on the same floor for anyone looking for them and a friend (no couples).

We're a 15 minute walk from South Woodford Tube Station and many bus routes nearby. There's parking if you have a car and an electric charger if you're green.

We have a lovely garden, use of the modern kitchen with appliances. All bills including Internet included.

Full use of a second lounge area with sofas and TV.

It's a 5 bedroom house shared with me and 50% of the time my two kids who are polite and friendly!

£750 pcm covers all bills, council tax, internet and a whole floor of the house to yourself. This is not suitable for a couple or pets, I'm afraid.

You will see from the photos that it is part furnished but this can be negotiated depending on what things you have.

I'll need some references and you'll need to be friendly with the kids, tidy and keep the parts of the house you use clean.

I'm a busy working professional so respecting quiet times in the house for me and the kids to be sleeping is key.
