A double bedroom

Hi, my name is Olivia. I am a teacher looking for a female flatmate who can take over my friends room. She is moving out the first week of February. The available room has a double fitted wardrobe but my friend is taking her double bed with her. The main bathroom would be included in the room as we have one bathroom each. The lounge and kitchen are fully furnished. The carpark has electric gates and plenty of parking as well as ample visitors parking. We are also less than a 5 minute walk to Altrincham tram stop/ train station. The landlord is fantastic at sorting out any issues and I have lived here almost three years and couldn’t complain about anything. I am looking for a professional female who is reasonably tidy who wouldn’t mind occasionally doing movie nights and a takeaway or walking into Altrincham for a cheeky drink or two.
