Myself - Jonathan (Gay) and owner is a live in Landlord I do work from Home 2/3 Days a week. Live with Sam also Gay Lodger.
We are both sociable and outgoing, movies, food out and generally a quiet house to live in.
Ideal looking for male gay / social and looking for a nice home to live in, 30+ only please.
The house is over 3 floors and 1500sq ft, 7 years old and well maintained. Ground floor also has gym equipment Air Bike Bench and Weights.
Top Floor
Open plan and divided into Lounge, Kitchen & Dining Room table holds 10 people so it a good for socialising. Large 82” TV and very modern and contemporary with AirCon.
Middle Floor
Two larger King Size Bedrooms with ensuits one is mine and the other is available for a NEW Lodger, Room comes fully furnished.
Sam has the Ground Floor Bed & Main bathroom.
Front & Back entrance to the property plus car parking available see below.
All rooms have Apple TV, Netflix and Virgin VIVID 350 fibre broadband + TV if required,
Average download speeds of 350Mbp etc........... We have a cleaner twice a week and she does everything !
