Sadly I am moving out of my lovely apartment at the end of our tenancy to save to buy a house but my current flatmate would like to stay and so I am looking for someone to replace me and sign a new 12 month contract with her.

Situated on the 7th floor, the apartment offers a large open plan living room and kitchen space with integrated appliances, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob and a separate utility room with a washer/dryer and freezer.

The available room is a large double bedroom with walk through wardrobe to en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. There is virtual tours of the apartments available on the Manchester Life website.

There is a gym included in your rent that you can use as much as you like and a 24 hour concierge to get all of your parcels!

Bills come to a total of around £150 a month each which includes everything - tv license, council tax etc.

The flat is unfurnished but there will be a sofa and other various bits from the current housemate.

This will be available from 22nd March although if you would like to move in sooner please let me know and we can make arrangements as I can move out whenever and you will just have to pay your deposit plus 1 months rent upfront.

Parking isn’t included but if you want a space in the secure car park it is £75 a month.
