Best garden in Ancoats?
I'm currently looking for a housemate to come and share my 2 bedroom flat with me. I've lived here for 2 and a half years now and the flat was unfurnished so I've bought or built all the necessary furniture for it. I've also created a nice green space on the large terrace by the canal, great for BBQs and gets sun all day until about 4pm. It's a great flat with plenty of space for us.
The second bedroom has it's own bathroom although not technically an en-suite. It comes with a double bed with lots of under bed storage and all the bedding (if required). I don't have a wardrobe or chest of drawers in there as thought I'd leave that for the incoming tenant to choose themselves, happy to discuss in person.
I'm an ex Recruiter that's transitioning into a new career path so studying at the moment, soon to be working Mon-Fri normal hours again. I enjoy getting out and seeing people, especially trips to the Lakes, Peaks and National Trust Parks. I'm a clean housemate, not obsessively, but I like a clean home to come back to. I used to live in London for a few years so have done a few house shares down there too.
There's underground parking available from Northern Group (the landlord), I think it's around £700 a year. I've got a car down there too which is handy!
Bills are around £130 each a month, this includes Council Tax, Electric & Water (variable), Contents Insurance, Internet, TV Licence and Netflix.
Rent will be £1015 a month for the flat which I'd like to split down the middle (£507.50 each). I'd also like to renew for a further 12 months with the landlord and with the incoming tenant on the new lease too. There may be referencing fees involved but not much given the recent change in law on those.
I'm conducting viewings on Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday 24th and then Sunday 28th onwards.
Looking forward to finding a great housemate!
