Hiiiii, my current flatmate is moving out which means I have a double room available in the flat I’m currently renting.

The building has a main concierge outside 24/7 and is securely gated. It is also right outside new Islington tram stop and the next stop from there is Piccadilly! But the city is also a 10 minute walking distance😊 The flat comes with two bathrooms and you would have the main bathroom to yourself, it also comes with a balcony which overlooks the canal and you can see cute canal boats going past😊

The rent is 447.00 each and with bills it comes to around 600pcm, unfortunately the flat doesn’t come with parking but there’s an underground car park within the building where people are constantly renting out their spaces, I have a car myself and tend to park it on a side street around a 3 minute walk away if that suits anybody aswell😊 I also have my tv in the living room along with an Xbox which has sky go and Netflix on which is fully welcome for you to use!

About me:
I’m 26 and currently work as a web developer at prettylittlething. I love spending my evenings chilled with a glass of something/the occasional takeaway and watching rubbish tv/great Netflix shows! Also love to have a weekend drink whenever there’s pennies in the bank ha! I also do aerial arts in the evenings such as aerial hoop and pole fitness!
