It was brand new when I moved in back in February 2019, and remains in stellar condition. Good size open plan kitchen-living room, separate bedroom with walk through wardrobe and good size bathroom with shower, one utility cabinet and one storage room. Amenities include onsite concierge, common room and gym. Bills not included. I really enjoyed my time in this apartment and will miss city centre living. Looking for someone to take over the flat, and agree a tenancy with Manchester Life, who are aware of my early moving out date.
