Double Room with En-Suite to rent in Ancoats

Hi! My name is Cassie and I'm looking for someone to rent the other double room in the Manchester Life property I currently live in, in Ancoats.

The double room with ensuite and extra clothing space is unfurnished but the shared living room and kitchen area are part-furnished. My flatmate has just bought a house so is moving out at the end of February - provided there are no delays. I can only sign a new contract with a new tenant on the 1st of every month, so I am looking for someone to be available from March 1st onwards - at least to pay the deposit, rent, and sign the new contract - you can move in on another day during March if you need to. The typical contract period is 12 months. Please note Manchester Life require a £50 change of tenancy fee to be paid by the new tenant. The new tenant will need to be referenced and approved.

Rent - £520pm
Parking - Gated parking is available at the property but there is a waiting list for a space
Bills: Hyperoptic, water, council tax and electricity currently come to £134.50

I'm looking for another female flatmate who is considerate, clean and sociable. I'd like to become friends, as well as you being a housemate. I work during the week for a fashion brand so tend to cook or go out for dinners in the week, and I like to keep busy and go out at weekends!
