Female flat mate wanted in stylish ancoats flat

Hello, I am looking for a female flat mate to rent a 1x double bedroom and en-suite room in my current flat. My flat mate is moving out at the end of August and I will be looking for a new flat mate to take up a years contract with.

The flat is located within Sawmill Court, ancoats (a stylish, cool and vibrant area of Manchester City centre) with a variety of independent bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. (Rudys, Sugo pasta kitchen, trove deli etc)

The flat is a generous size double bedroom with a walk through wardrobe and en-suite with a walk in shower.

The flat is originally UNFURNISHED however I have furnished my room and the living room, it is just your bedroom which would need furnishing (e. g bed frame, mattress, chest of draws and then any other accessories you would like). There is a walk through wardrobe area with a rail to hang your clothes.

The rent is currently £517pp and bills approx £130pp (£650 all together) including council tax, however there is a tendency for rent to go up approx £25pp each year so it could be £675 in total.

I am looking for a friendly, down to earth, tidy female flat mate :) someone who I can easily get along with with NO drama!

I’m an easy going, out going and girly person and I enjoy going shopping, for cocktails, out out, to the gym as well as chilling and watching Netflix and it would be nice to find someone similar! I’m a non-smoker who is neat and tidy (however not ocd) but look after the flat I live in.

I work in fashion PR so I’m out 9-5 Monday to Friday and tend to keep myself busy at the weekends.

I’m independent and not looking to live in each others pockets but it would be nice to make friends and enjoy each others company now and then :)
