Hi! So my flatmate is moving out at the end of August so I'm now looking for a new flatmate basically!
The apartment is located in Advent which is in the New Islington/Ancoats area. It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the ensuite is with the room which is available), a living room/kitchen and also a balcony facing the courtyard (it gets the sun basically all day so it's amazing!). The rent is £397.50 each and bills are currently around £130 each.
I've been living here for the past year and want to stay as the rent is amazing for what you get! I work full time Mon-Fri but I'm currently at working from home. I'm a clean and tidy person that's considerate of people's spaces. I love a good night out and also going out for food (massive foodie) but also love a chilled night in doing absolutely nothing! I'm easy to get along with, laid back and sociable!
