Double Bedroom in Royal Mills

Spacious double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom mill conversion flat in the heart of Ancoats. The bedroom is furnished with use of the main bathroom. The rent includes all bills and council tax. There will also be a once weekly cleaner to clean the communal areas.

I’ve just moved into the property, planning on doing some renovation to it including a new kitchen and replacing the flooring throughout with new furniture. I am aiming to get the works done before June but there’s the possibility that it will still be ongoing then. The pictures will be different to the final look. (Trust me it’ll look muchhhh better). I’ll be renting out the final bedroom once I hopefully get a new en-suite in place so everyone can have their own bathroom.

A bit about me:
I’m a doctor working in and around Manchester, my shifts will be very varied but mainly will be out the flat during the day most days.
I have two cats that are living in the flat, Phoebe and Lulu. I’m not averse to opening a zoo if you have pets of your own.
I really like things being kept neat, tidy and clean in the communal areas. I’m not a fan of shoes inside the house and like dishes to be washed soon after use (not a fan of the piled up dirty dish look).
Other than cleanliness I’m pretty easy going, I want the flat to feel like your own and for you to treat it like that, ie happy for you to have friends round (within reason).
I enjoy going to the gym regularly (there’s a pure gym 2minute walk away), would be great to have a gym buddy too!
