One bedroom in Angel Meadow/Ancoats flat

Hi! My flatmate is moving out in Feb due to work changes/COVID related, so I’m looking for a new flatmate in our city centre flat.

The photos of the bedroom are from 6 months ago (the room is a diff layout). The other areas are the same. It’s a lovely flat to call home. The tenancy will only be for 6 months but I’d be happy to extend again.

The rent is £450 per month, with all bills it comes to around £600. On your first month you'd also have the £400 deposit.

The flat is fully furnished, including all white goods (the washer is a dryer too and we have a dishwasher). It has everything in terms of appliances and crockery etc so it’ll be super easy to just move on in.

There is a underground car parking space available, and a locked bike shed in the basement too.

The large bathroom is shared.

There is a office/box room which we use for storage, shoes/coats etc.

The flat is situated on the 5th floor with a large balcony and there’s also a roof terrace for residents.

I’m 27, a Law graduate and work in Construction. I've previously lived in Spain and Greece but came back 3 years ago to "adult". I’m on site 8-5 Monday to Friday so no WFH. Monday - Thursday I tend to come home, read or watch TV and be asleep before midnight. I like a pub quiz and dining out too. At the weekend I’m around town, over indulging and looking at pretty things pretending to be cultural. Weekend usually starts with an early morning walk with a brew, and it ends with a bev or two. Ideally I’d love my flatmate to become a mate, if not I’d still like someone nice to cohabit and communicate with. Ideally you’ll enjoy an impromptu post-work chin wag and glass of wine on the balcony in summer, and occasionally don’t mind a late night. I’ve got the balance right, I love my sleep, routine and have total respect for my flat mates and home :)

Cleanliness and being a nice person are the only mandatory requirements, not fussed whether you’re female or male.
