Flatmate wanted for light & airy en-suite room

Hey, I’m moving into this stylish and affordable flat in the plaza (a new build) in Ancoats and need a new co-tenant as the person I was going to move with has dropped out!

The apartment:

This is a 2-bed with a big open plan living room and a beautiful balcony to the side of the living room. We have access to an on-site gym, bike storage, and there is a washer-dryer and a dishwasher. It’s fully furnished and on the fourth floor with a courtyard view. It’s located in Ancoats (1 advent way) and you can walk to Manchester City centre or Piccadilly within about 10 mins. There’s a video available of the top floor flat which is almost identical - I’m not able to link it in this description but I can send if you message me! With bills this should come to somewhere around £660 total.

This is a very competitive property/building so ideally I’d like someone who’s able to pay the deposit (£510 which would be paid to the estate agents) when the agents request and complete forms ASAP to secure the flat; however first months rent/move-in will be in June 😊

Me:
I’m 26, originally from blackpool and I work full-time as a music composer for a company in manchester. I’ve lived in manchester for the last 3 years and came home to be with my parents during lockdown as I was working from home but I’m moving back as things are (hopefully) opening back up. I’ll be in the office for 2 days a week, working from home 3 days a week. I’m quite sociable; I love going to gigs and for drinks on the weekends so would want someone who is similarly laid-back and enjoys socialising and sometimes having people over whilst still being respectful etc of course.

I’m also gay if that’s relevant; I enjoy going to prides etc and would love to live with another gay person but open to living with anyone really! (no couples though please)
